Now extract the Zip file to INTERNAL STORAGE/ANDROID/OBB

After extracting it, open the folder that you extracted, and move com.rockstargames.gtasa from OceanofAPK.com_com.rockstargames.gtasa folder to INTERNAL STORAGE/ANDROID/OBB
